Is David Stern a handyman?

You people with the aluminum foil hats need to stop accusing the league of being rigged. Yes, some bad calls were made in games throughout history that affected the outcome of games but they were never directly ordered by David Stern. If the league was truly rigged, LA and NY would have made the Finals, the ratings would have been through the roof.
