Can i get in trouble for this !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLZ ANSWER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

The way i see this is that you could actually beat him to it and have him charged with assualt for the choking of you. he could also however have you charged with assualt, but you have a witness on your side and would obvisouly plea self defence. if you have any marks around your neck from the choking it would be good to take a photo of them for record. i would keep calm and see what happens. I imagine this guy shoud be more concerned than you anyway as he should (if he uses his brain) realise that you could report him to the police for assualting a female including assualting yourself. He has a lot more to lose and worry about than you. keep a cool head. :-)
