Please help car problems?

Well, saying it won't turn on isn't a very good description but I'm assuming your saying that it won't turn over when you try to start it,(since you tried charging the battery). Have the battery terminal cables taken off and cleaned. Also check all the connections from the battery to the starter to make sure they're clean and tight.
