I purchased a Electric Kenmore dryer at a neighborhood yard sale that was sold?

as used for only 3 months. It lasted me for only 2-3 dryer loads before the motor burned up and was no longer usable. Can I get a refund for this or at least 1/2 of the cost from the seller?
