If MG1 doesn't even spin the engine you probably ran the traction battery below the 40% minimum charge limit and the battery ECU disabled the car as a result to protect it. Disconnect the 12v battery for a few minutes to reset the battery ECU and it will probably allow another try as it will have to re-learn the HV battery's SOC.
